Pitch your innovative business start-up ideas and plans demonstrating how you intend to commercialise and develop your business in Australia. Your business plan must be endorsed by your nominating state or territory government agency to enable you to develop your innovative and entrepreneurial business concepts
Meet State or Territory government agency criteria and demonstrate you have start up and settlement funds required for transfer to Australia
Operate your entrepreneur activity (as approved by the state agency)
The applicant (entrepreneur) must demonstrate overall a successful record of undertaking, whether alone or by participating in a business, activities of an entrepreneurial nature and commit to maintaining the activity for minimum 3 years before being eligible to apply for pathways to permanent residency
The business must meet required success factors for the applicant to meet the relevant requirements for the permanent entrepreneur visa
