All adjustable bed mattresses are manufactured in state-of-the-art facilities using advanced manufacturing techniques.
In the manufacture of adjustable hospital couch mattress, the same parts, manufacturing process, quality control, and care that were used to make high-priced dental chairs and adjustable hospital beds are used. For long-term reliability and durability, parts are meticulously assembled.
Non-toxic, lead-free enamel paint is used to protect the bed's steel frame. Hot glue laminating is used to make the mattresses. This is to ensure that the mattress components do not shift or interfere with each other during thousands of flexes that adjustable mattresses experience over a lifetime.
For Model 1 Full/Double-sized industry-standard beds, the mattress comes with a 312 count spring. This unit has 312 oil-tempered coil springs. They are connected using a double-knotted tie process and oil-tempered steel wire helical wire.
The adjustable mattress can bend! To isolate the spring system from its neighboring layers, flexing insulation, polypropylene, is then placed on top. The flexing insulator is then covered with a garnetted synthetic fiber pad. Multiple layers of non-allergenic, high-quality foam cushioning are then added.
The decorator cover is made from the highest quality ticking, natural cotton & polymer blend products, and attached. To extend the life and comfort of your mattress, a hot glue laminating process is used.
